CASE STUDY
Multi-Country Sales and After-Sales Operations on Salesforce
BAT glo needed one platform to support field sales teams, local retailers, call center representatives, and the consumer e-commerce channel across Egypt, Azerbaijan, Northern Cyprus, and Algeria. The same environment had to cover both sales and after-sales processes for distinct user groups.
Veri Cloud built a Salesforce-based platform combining Sales Cloud for field sales, Self-Service for retailer operations, Service Cloud for call center and after-sales processes, and the Apex E-Commerce App for the consumer channel. Referral mechanics, including Bring a Friend, were also implemented.
- FIELD SALES AUTOMATION
- Sales Cloud supported field sales activities and processes.
- RETAILER OPERATIONS
- Self-Service provided access to retailer-facing sales and operational processes.
- CALL CENTER & AFTER-SALES
- Service Cloud supported customer and after-sales requests.
- B2C E-COMMERCE
- The consumer channel ran on Salesforce through the Apex Loyalty E-Commerce Platform.

SOLUTION COMPONENT
Apex Loyalty E-Commerce Infrastructure
How we take Sales Cloud from sales model to production.
Every implementation starts with a different sales model, technology environment, and operational priorities. We shape the delivery path around how leads, opportunities, pipeline, forecasting, and integrations need to work together.
01
Define the sales model
Define lead sources, opportunity types and stages, ownership, territories, sales methodology, qualification rules, and the operational outcomes the solution must support.
02
Design the opportunity architecture
Translate the sales model into record types, stages, fields, page layouts, permissions, account structures, and workflows within Salesforce.
03
Configure pipeline and forecasting
Set up pipeline views, forecast categories, commit processes, and rollup rules around the organization's revenue planning needs.
04
Build automation and integrations
Automate defined sales tasks and connect Salesforce to the marketing, finance, ERP, and other systems required by the sales workflow.
05
Test and launch
Validate lead and opportunity flows, permissions, automation, integrations, and forecasting scenarios before production rollout.
06
Support and optimize
Monitor adoption and data quality, refine workflows, forecasting, and reporting, and introduce new automation or Agentforce 360 use cases after launch.
